What Should I Wear?
Think neutral tones (tans, grays, browns, cream, navy). An accent color that is a bit bolder and brighter can then be used to make your outfit pop. It is important to remember that Fall photos will have lots of beautiful foliage colors, so you want to choose colors that will complement that and not compete with it.
Should we have matching outfits?
You should all look like you belong together, but it is not necessary (or even desired) for you to all wear matching outfits. It's not a uniform! Everyone should be comfortable with what they are wearing.
Is there anything I shouldn't wear?
Avoid graphic T-shirts or anything with large logos. While traditional patterns can look great, very fine patterns often do not photograph well. High contrast stripes are best avoided.
Should I bring anything else?
Feel free to accessorize! This is a great time to get out the scarves, hats, and other things that maybe don't always get the use that they should. It's also a fantastic time for layers. Consider any props that you might want to have for your session, such as blankets or other items.
